This was my first time using WNC Plumbing and I can honestly say I am going to be a repeat customer. From my initial phone call with Chris to the outstanding service provided by Shane, I am completely satisfied with the whole experience. I even had follow-up questions for Chris the day after and he took his time and patiently addressed each and every one. In my opinion, this is a great company with dedicated employees who care about their customers.

I called the office this morning and I had someone out to my house within the hour. His name is Shane he fixed a leak in less than 15 minutes. He was absolutely wonderful. And the bill was way less than I expected (knowing plumbing bills could be expensive). If I ever have any kind of trouble again this will be the place I will call. This man was a god sent!! Thank you so much for everything you did. Your quick fix for my leak will never go unnoticed. Thank you Shane 🙏🏼

Plumbing leak detection

Called today. Within a few hours they had someone at our house. Shane worked his tail off on a steep hill in the hot sun to dig down to find the leak in our water main. Had it fixed within a few hours all while sharing funny, entertaining stories. A few of his coworkers dropped by to help finish the job. One of the BEST experiences I have ever had hiring a a trade. I have already shared their info with my close friends and family. Don't hesitate to have this company come save the day.

After evaluating and meeting a number of plumbers, I hired WNC. So glad I did. I needed 3 bathroom remodels which included a jetted tub and a new basement bar sink installed. I had a leak at the water meter and was informed by the city it was my responsibility. I called WNC plumbing on 10/14/2025 and they came out to repair it on 10/15/2025. The 2 gentlemen, Wes and Joe, were so kind and did the repair quickly. This allowed me to turn the water on and resume household necessities. Thank you Wes and Joe, for all you did. In addition, I felt the price was fair and resonable. I will definitely use WNC plumbing again!

Outdoor plumbing system repair

We had a break somewhere in our main line for water between the house and the main valve/ the water meter. My husband was wonderful enough to call a whole bunch of places, and we got no answer, and WNC answered immediately and within 2 hours they were here and helping to fix the problem (day of 10/15/2025).

Shane was amazing! It took 2 to 3 hours, but there was some serious digging and fixing of a problem, and they minimalized the amount of space in the yard that they dug on a steep embankment (thank you!). Two of his co-workers even came over to help out after they had finished a job.

I cannot sing their praises is enough!! Great price and awesome work.

They will now be our go-to for any plumbing issues.

We had a sewage backup and our sewer service line needed to be replaced. The timing was the worst as my wife was ready to give birth to our second child at any moment. Indeed she did go into labor the day Chris and his team started work. They went above and beyond to make sure our plumbing was back online before we returned from the hospital.

These guys did great work and found the best solution to a complex problem. They also showed genuine compassion for our situation. Their price was very reasonable and ended up being even less than Chris had initially estimated. I would highly recommend them and will certainly continue to call on them in the future.

Incredible customer service!! I had a plumbing problem and called my friend who owns a restaurant and rental property. He recommended WNC. I called and explained my problem and they set up an appointment. Then they gave me instructions on how to possibly resolve the problem on my own. I did what they recommended and it worked!! I canceled my appointment but they will most definitely get my future business! Incredible customer service! They certainly did not need to take the time to tell me what to do. It is a rare and wonderful thing to find a company that is so customer oriented!!! Thanks!

Such a great company to hire for your plumbing needs! We attempted to install a water heater ourselves, as it seemed pretty simple to fill the new water tank and hook up power to it. Unfortunately that was not the case. I called late in the evening and WNC plumbing was out the next day! Replaced the pipe that wasn’t correctly installed and even put in a water line for my fridge that I was quoted years ago like $800!!! Such a reasonable price and quick service!!! Thanks so much WNC plumbing!
